In onze warme en karaktervolle restobar in het Haagse Zeeheldenkwartier komen mediterrane smaken, moderne technieken en oprechte gastvrijheid samen.

Onze culinaire signatuur noemen wij Tea-Crafted Mediterranean Cuisine. Zorgvuldig geselecteerde theesoorten worden verwerkt in onze signature sauzen, dressings, marinades en glaceringen. Zo voegen zij aroma, frisheid, zachte bitterheid, structuur en extra diepte toe aan geselecteerde gerechten, zonder het hoofdingrediënt te overheersen.

Dezelfde filosofie loopt door van de keuken naar de bar. Onze signature cocktails en alcoholvrije creaties worden opgebouwd met zorgvuldig ontwikkelde thee-infusies, gecombineerd met kruiden, citrus, fruit en specerijen.

Het resultaat is een herkenbare mediterrane keuken met een eigen identiteit: warm en toegankelijk, maar tegelijkertijd verrassend, eigentijds en verfijnd.

In our warm and characterful restobar in The Hague’s Zeeheldenkwartier, Mediterranean flavours, modern techniques and genuine hospitality come together.

We call our culinary signature Tea-Crafted Mediterranean Cuisine. Carefully selected teas are incorporated into our signature sauces, dressings, marinades and glazes. They bring aroma, freshness, gentle bitterness, structure and added depth to selected dishes, without overpowering the main ingredient.

The same philosophy continues from the kitchen to the bar. Our signature cocktails and alcohol-free creations are built around carefully developed tea infusions, combined with herbs, citrus, fruit and spices.

The result is a recognisable Mediterranean cuisine with a distinctive identity: warm and approachable, yet surprising, contemporary and refined.
